This policy explains how this website (the portfolio of the artist Edward Jr) handles personal data, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
Summary
- No cookies, neither analytics nor advertising.
- No trackers, pixels, statistics or ad tools.
- No forms: the site does not ask for or store your name, email or any other data.
- Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself, with no third-party calls when the page opens.
- YouTube videos are only loaded after you click “Play”.
1. Who is the controller
The data controller is the artist Edward Jr, who is responsible for this website. Contact channels are listed in section 8.

We do not intentionally process sensitive data or data from children and teenagers.
3. Hosting and international transfer
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare may process the technical logs described above on servers outside Brazil, with the safeguards set out in art. 33 of the LGPD and in its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Cloudflare's optional analytics tools are turned off.
4. Links to other websites
The Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp and X buttons lead to third-party websites, which have their own privacy policies. This site does not send any of your data to them: when you click, you leave this site, and your browser shares at most the origin address (not the exact page).
5. Cookies and browser storage
This site does not set cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage or similar features. The language is chosen from your browser settings or from the address (?lang=en), and nothing is saved.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only and uses security headers: a content security policy (CSP) that only allows the site's own resources, HSTS, blocking of embedding by other sites, and disabling of camera, microphone, location and other device features.
7. Your rights (art. 18 of the LGPD)
You may request confirmation that processing takes place, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Since this site does not store personal data, we will normally hold no data about you; technical hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for the period set out in its policy.
You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD): gov.br/anpd.
